We serve a dinner menu that changes daily using ingredients sourced predominantly from Japan, working with artisanal suppliers. You can expect a variety of seasonal raw, steamed, simmered, grilled, fried, and fermented dishes. We apologise that we are unable to make allowances for dietary restrictions or preferences. Do, however, indicate any allergies when you make a booking with us.
We have a small list of fine wines that we’ve collected over the past 2 decades. Sake lovers can look forward to enjoying our curated list of seasonal and limited edition sakes crafted by small breweries, featuring heirloom rice varietals. We also carry a modest collection of Independent Bottles and Japanese drams which the chef will be glad to pair with the restaurant’s seasonal menus. Guests are welcome to bring your favourite tipple; our Corkage Policy is 1-for-1 up to the third bottle of 750ml wine/ 720ml sake/ 700ml spirit, or $45 per bottle.
